Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 7–21 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

  • Carrier Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once handed off to the shipping carrier. Claims for damages, delays, or missing packages must be filed by the customer directly with the carrier.

  • Accurate Address Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Nutravera is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-Day Guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
